The opportunity   We have an exciting opportunity for an Tech Project Manager to work with our wider Technology Directorate team and be involved in working on delivering the changes needed for the British Heart Foundation's (BHF) future.
 
You'll be involved in liaising with internal and external partners to understand requirements and assist in activities to deliver solutions which are appropriate in terms of function, cost, timescale and benefits.
 
A Tech Project Manager role at BHF is diverse; on one project you may be delivering a key system to improve BHF's fundraising or retail capability, and on the next delivering a major infrastructure/communications or Analytics/BI project.

This is a dual location role, with your working time split between your home and our London Office. This will allow us to unlock our best work for our cause, blending the best of home and office working.   About you
 
With previous experience in managing projects in Waterfall and AGILE environment, you'll have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and will be a Prince2 Practitioner alongside MSP Foundation qualifications and or other Agile delivery qualifications. 

With experience in operating in the charity sector's commercial environments you will have good technical background and a track record for delivering a variety of projects with budgets - managed c. £+300K.

You'll have excellent strategic process/planning, architecture, vendor relations, interpersonal and negotiation skills. You'll also have a proven Project Lifecycle Management record in all process groups: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. This will be matched by your extensive experience in managing highly technical, distributed and cross functional teams.
