An exciting opportunity to join one of Scotland's leading Independent Building Contractors with an opportunity for clear progression, with an expanding company, through to directorship.

Are you a Project Manager from a residential or commercial background looking for your next challenge? Are you looking to work for a well-established family run company in the heart of Scotland? This award winning Building Contractors have a range of different projects from residential to contracts to general building. Therefore they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who has experience on both residential and commercial projects to join their highly skilled team. In the role you will be in charge of a brand new project ranging from 6 -18M over-seeing Sub-Contractors, Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors accordingly. From plan through to hand over you will be responsible for the health and safety and risk assessment throughout all stages.
