Are you a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a progressive opportunity to join a growing team at an exciting time for the business?

Excellent role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of a high growth and close-knit team who specialise in Modular construction.

Do you have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor running projects or large packages for a Large Subcontractor or Main Contractor? Are you looking for a long term role with great progression/training opportunities where you can grow alongside this expanding business?

This company are an off-site modular construction company who consistently create high quality residential builds, which has led to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

In this role you will be tasked with playing a key role in finalising tender submissions and negotiating main contract positions on residential projects varying in value. You will be running all subcontract packages ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time providing advice and findings to the project managers. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and the team. You will have direct liaison with suppliers, clients and contractors and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on a variety of construction projects in different sectors, especially working on Modular and MMC projects. With a sound understanding of Quantity Surveying and Estimating.
