Do you have experience training staff or apprentices on any electrical, mechanical and hydraulic machinery or equipment?

On offer is a unique opportunity to join a multinational business in an autonomous role where you will dictate and facilitate the training procedures for all engineering staff in the UK.

This company are a global leader for what they do, boasting a multibillion pound turnover and operations worldwide. They have distributors across the UK for their products and have a fantastic reputation in the industry for the quality of their machinery and the aftercare services provided. As the business are an OEM, they offer great manufacturer training on their equipment for any new people coming into the Technical trainer role. This means that candidates with good understanding of electrical, mechanical and hydraulics from any backgrounds can apply. Transferable industries would then be, plant, marine, military, aviation, agriculture and forestry. The key prerequisite is candidates must demonstrate technical knowledge and have a history of training staff.

In this role, you will be liaising with the global Training team to design, develop and implement training frameworks to all UK engineering staff. You will be responsible for the whole Uk training structure and have autonomy on implementation. The role will include travel, to the Verwood site as well as the odd trip to distribution sites across the UK as and when training is provided. The company can be a bit flexible on working remotely so you wouldn't be expected to come to site every day.

The Role:

*Technical Trainer for specialist machinery

*Previous experience training engineering staff

*Knowledge of Hydraulics, electrics and mechanics
