We are continuing to invest in technology and, as well as developing our model to be more customer centric, we have been modernising our processes to introduce increased automation and efficiency.The Corporate Systems Project delivery team are embarking on an exciting period of transformation to improve Finance, Commercial and HR business processes in advance of the SAP upgrade from on-premise based ECC6 to Cloud-based S4HANA in 2022/23. This role will work collaboratively across the organisation, and with our parent department, the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC), to ensure we understand our current processes and user requirements in order to achieve maximal benefit from new systems and applications as they become available.We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Analyst with SAP specific experience across HR, Finance and Commercial to help drive forward our processes improvement as we move towards S4HANA.Description Your role will involve meeting with business technical leads and process owners to better understand our current processes. You will summarise data gathered from user interviews on 'pain points' and identify priorities and use your analytical skills to draw conclusions to inform the options appraisal. You will present findings to key stakeholders for decision making purposes and support the transition of the solutions into Business As Usual (BAU) to maximise the improvements and benefits to the Inspectorate's processes.ProfileFor full information, please refer to job description within the candidate pack attached.Coronavirus (COVID-19):We are currently continuing to work flexibly whilst considering the risk of COVID-19, the safety of our teams and the business need to work effectively and efficiently.
