They are investing massively into their ever evolving portfolio and are striving to dominate their competitive market. Due to ventures into new products and considerable expansion they are looking to employ an engineering manager to drive excellence across the department.Joining a small and close knit team you will have a broad range of responsibilities, no 2 days will be the same and you will have a large degree of autonomy as you oversee exciting, high value projects. Some key duties will include: managing and signing off design work, managing project costing and process analysis to improve internal engineering operations. Due to the nature of the company it is critical that you thrive amongst a small team, while also being able to work effectively on your own.The ideal candidate is a chartered engineer with experience in the infrastructure or civil industry.This is a brilliant opportunity to grow alongside a company with huge potential.The role:
