Job Role

In this role, you'll become a core part of Quidco's product team. Understanding members needs and challenges you will work closely with our Head of Product and our CPO managing the goals, strategy and delivery of our product suite. 

You will communicate with all areas of the business, scoping and implementing new product ideas, working to increase the profitability of existing product features, taking ownership of new developments and providing feedback and information on product progress and performance.

Leading cross-functional teams you will balance the strategic with the practical, helping develop the plan, but most importantly managing the delivery of it too. 

What you will do in this role 

We are looking for someone with a passion for creating a great user experience who is self-driven with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high-quality delivery. You will have strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You must be comfortable working in a team that deals with ambiguity every day. 

The opportunity would ideally suit an outcomes led, rather than process-driven, Product Manager, someone already familiar, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment on a consumer facing product.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

Responsible for the end to end product life cycle working with the CPO on overall product strategy through to delivery of that product, in code, through an agile development process

Lead, inspire and empower colleagues to take ownership of their delivery scope

Work with design to create UI and UX improvements 

Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for product improvements

Work closely with QA to ensure all features are delivered to the highest quality

Acts as an internal and external ambassador for the product demonstrating the latest iterations of the product, key results and members feedback to key stakeholders

Define, monitor and analyse key product metrics and feedback learnings into the product development process in order to deliver iterative product improvements 

What will make you successful in this role

You will be an experienced Product Manager used to working in a fast-growing company. It is important that you have a strong understanding of agile software development with previous experience of using JIRA preferable but not essential. It would be highly beneficial if you had experience of working with consumer web projects.
