Main Responsibilities - Work to resolve and respond to issues based on agreed customer SLAs - Provide on-site support in order to resolve client issues (such as onsite support, project support/assistance, system deployment, etc) - Set up new equipment (PCs / Laptop / Mobile / etc.) for new users. Install, test, and monitor servers and firewalls - Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/troubleshooting software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more. Desired Skills - Previous relevant experience (at least 2 years providing IT infrastructure solutions) - Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience - Comfortable supporting a wide variety of technology, from virtualisation, ideas about backup, MS Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365, to networks and storage - Excellent spoken and written communication skills - Good prioritisation, organisation and troubleshooting skills The package - Competitive salary (depending on experience) - Part of a happy team that is focused on providing great support - A mobile phone allowance - Great team events - An employee referral bonus - Flexible working - Paid time to volunteer for charity work or take part in not for profit activities - Anniversary rewards - Proper professional development and training London Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30, with occasional out of hours on-call duties. - Attend meetings as required - On call when required
