Site Manager (Commercial)

Birmingham, West Midlands

£48,000 - £52,000 + Lots of Progression + Car or Car Allowance + Bonus

Exciting opportunity on offer for a Site Manager looking to join an industry leading commercial contractor where you will take charge of new sites whilst having an opportunity to progress into director level roles.

Are you a Site Manager with experience of building multi storey structures like hotels, accommodation blocks, nursing homes or similar? Are you looking for a unique opportunity where you will help grow and develop their Midlands division and have an opportunity to progress?

Established for nearly 30 years this company are specialist commercial contractors which manage construction build projects from blank sheet through to completion. They are quickly becoming the number one within their sector, with over 500 employees and a huge pipeline and ambition for growth. They now require a Site Manager in their Midlands region to provide their knowledge and managerial skills to help drive the division and company forward.

In this role you will be site based on a project in Birmingham and you will be responsible for the general running of the site including managing the workforce, health & safety, ensuring all materials are on site and that the project runs to time and budget. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multi-storey structural projects such as student accommodation, hotels or apartments.
