Scrum Master Guildford / WfH to £60k
Scrum Master (Agile) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a tech savvy Scrum Master with great communication skills? You could be progressing your career at a successful software house.
As a Scrum Master you'll be embedded within one or more Agile software development teams, helping to coach them on Agile best practice and optimise team performance. You'll own the processes, remove blockers and shield interference and facilitate communication to ensure the team meet their goals.
The company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home for the foreseeable, when you do join the team in Central Guildford they'll be continued flexibility to work at home part of the week.
Requirements:
You have experience in a similar Scrum Master / Agile Coach role
You have experience of collaborating with software developers
You have a strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and are able to adopt a pragmatic approach
You have experience of helping software development teams to identify and track KPIs
You're a skilled communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
As a Scrum Master you will earn a competitive salary (to £60k) plus benefits.
