This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding business, in a new role working on specialist projects. You will have a real chance in this role to develop your skills and progress your career in a dynamic working environment.

The company has set out clear growth plans and goals which include two times growth in the next 12 months and the successful delivery of 500,000 homes by 2025.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Project Manager position with a strong understanding of project management principles. You will be responsible for the end to end management of a number of projects simultaneously (this is not a PM for FTTP role), including reporting against plans from initial design/concept through to handover and mitigating risk throughout the life cycle of the project.

The Role:

*Demonstrate strong project management principles, in line with the framework

*Managing multiple SME projects simultaneously

*Oversee the progress and reporting against initial plans throughout delivery until handover

*Manage risk by ensuring the most appropriate resources are used effectively

The Person:

*Previous experience within a similar PM role

*PMP, Prince or other relevant PM training

*Excellent negotiation skills and ability to understand the importance of language throughout the business

*Can commute to Derby office

*Full Driving License
