The medical profession is one of the most diverse in the UK and as their regulator we aim to attract greater diversity across our workforce and frontline roles. We want to foster a culture of inclusivity in healthcare and our own organisation.

We strongly believe that diversity of background and experience contributes to a broader collective perspective that will consistently lead to us being a better regulator. We are working hard to increase the diversity of our staff, and also the diversity of those we work with wherever we can, and we would actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
