Premier Group are currently engaged with a well-established client in the Worcestershire area, who require a Solution Consultant with a broad knowledge and understanding of the IT building blocks for medium and large enterprises.
The successful Solution Consultant will be working within a dedicated Pre-Sales team of experienced Solution Consultants, and alongside Account Managers. You will play a key role in the success of the sales teams by providing them with your valuable technical expertise.
Solution Consultant - Key Responsibilities
Understand each customer’s needs and strategic goals and translate them into technical solutions and written proposalsCarry out infrastructure audits, identify vulnerabilities and produce initial solution specifications, designs and written proposalsAssist the sales team in presenting solution proposals up to Board levelAttend events to provide technical support to the sales team when meeting with prospective customersMaintain product knowledge and help deliver product training to the wider companyWork with the product development team to identify potential new products and solutions
Solution Consultant - Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine, Networking and Storage architecture.HPe Servers, Storage and Network architecture.Virtualisation technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-VMicrosoft 365 apps and servicesWindows Server and Desktop operating systemsMobile device managementFirewallsCloud backup technologiesMicrosoft licencing modelsRemote and virtual desktop technologies (Citrix, RDS and Windows Virtual Desktop)
