General Assistant (Customer Service) for Boutique HotelOxford
£10.31 per hour
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to the city center, our hotel has the largest guest rooms in Oxford. Our restaurant, serves full English breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, and afternoon high tea. Our fully licensed bar and wine sommelier curates the best of Oxford Wine Company wines and local real ales. Espresso drinks brewed to perfection and complimentary snacks for hotel guests make us a favourite among locals and visitors. Our boutique hotel is ideal for nature and city lovers with nearby river punting along the River Thames, bicycle and walking routes as well as museums, shopping, and the beautiful Oxford colleges all within easy access. Job description: Work with the hotel team to create an experience for guests. Create an environment for the guests designed to stimulate all senses through personal services, amenities, and experiences. These include Housekeeping, Reception, and our own Caffè Ethos. This is a very rewarding role and would suit someone that enjoys customer service.
