Product Support Analyst
Brighton
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum


Our long term client are looking for Product Support Analyst for their new system where you will be supporting the day to day usage of this system and how it interfaces to the users both internally and externally. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure processes and systems are aligned and interface with the 3rd Party developer as needed. Reporting to the IT director, this role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in supporting and growing the use of a product.

This is a hands-on, service-focused role in all aspects of the application(s) lifecycle, working with the stakeholders to define their needs, configuring the system as necessary or working with the 3rd party development team. 

Key Areas of Responsibility:
·        Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
·        Clear and consistent, jargon-free communication
·        Provide subject matter expertise in the use of the application(s)
·        Build and manage relationships with key 3rd parties
·        To develop and maintain required documentation including:
·        Process/ procedure
·        Configuration
·        User-guidance/ best practice
·        User training
·        Leverage value from investment including working with 3rdparties & customers to:
·        ensure existing applications are optimised to meet business needs
·        implement new applications or new features within existing applications
·        coordinate proof of concepts/ evaluations/ pilots
·        Provide support outside core hours when required by the business for:
·        project implementations when required by the business
·        Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in all work
·        Be patient, flexible and adaptive in working practices to accommodate different people’s learning and communication styles

-          Work closely with the product management teams to shape the product.
-          Ability to work in an Agile environment.
-          Performing analysis and tracking of product performance to help recommend prioritization of changes to ensure continuous improvement.
-          Working with stakeholders across business to identify user pain points and document possible solutions.
-          Strong Analytics experience and Data driven decision making skills.
