Rehabilitation Engineer

£32,000 - £40,000 + Relocation fee+ Benefits Package + Training + Holiday + Progression

Are you an experienced Rehabilitation Engineer looking for a new challenge or relocating to Bristol?

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team in a varied and interesting role, with a clear path of progression and technical development.

In this role you will be responsible for the Design, Fitting and Adjustment of specialised adaptations to Wheelchairs and other equipment to help patients achieve a better quality of life.

The Ideal candidate will be registered as a Clinical Technologist and have experience working in a similar position Some training will be provided, but candidates will need to have at least 12 months experience working as a Rehab Engineer.

THE ROLE:

* Design, Fitting and Adjustment of Technical equipment

*Both site and field based

*Asses the suitability of the environment and surroundings to make decisions on the Design and adjustments for patients

*Work on your own and as a part of a team

THE PERSON:

*Registered on the RCT

*Engineering qualification or Degree (Ideally in Rehabilitation Engineering, Clinical Science or similar)

*Experience in Design and Manufacture of Technical equipment *Live Commutable to Bristol.
