Our Delivery & Schemes Directorate is our delivery arm, and manages a number of high profile environmental programmes. If you're a talented Delivery Manager with experience of Agile and Scrum methodologies, Ofgem is an organisation where you can put your expertise to good use. We're putting digital products and innovation at the centre of everything we do and you'll be asked to work across the full digital portfolio to arrive at great outcomes and product improvements. You'll work in collaboration with others, with a focus on balancing time, cost, quality and requirements and ensuring that user needs are a core part of product specifications. You can expect plenty of autonomy, enabling you to make choices and coach others to arrive at great programme outcomes. And you'll be part of highly diverse team that combines a range of expertise, collaborates well and who are incredibly supportive of one another.

As well as your practical experience of delivering digital products and services in an Agile environment, you'll also have excellent communication skills - enabling you to convey complex information to people with varying levels of technical knowledge. You'll adopt a flexible approach to working across teams and be able to establish positive working relationships with others. And you'll be able to demonstrate a proven track record of applying excellent organisational skills to prioritise, plan and schedule complex tasks.
