Your Responsibilities Lead the delivery of solution implementations to customers, including all aspects of the project life cycleLead the scoping and planning of projects, partnering with key stakeholders as appropriateCreate and execute end-to-end project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsManage application development and customisation's to products and solutionsManage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and change throughout the life of the projectDemonstrate pragmatic, hands-on project management abilities, applying rigour to the delivery process while being able to respond to a rapidly changing environmentLeverage a broader network of internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the project, including product engineering and R&DEnsure quality reviews occur and meet customer expectationsCoordinate project activities between team members, while maximising their productivity to achieve project goalsCreate and maintain quality documentation and project tracking artefactsBuild excellent internal and external business relationships vital to the success of the project, ensuring all areas of delivery are managedTrack project performance and report regularly to senior management, highlighting areas for interventionPerform risk, issue and dependency management, proactively identifying and mitigating items to keep projects on trackProvide leadership to the project team and take ownership of team performance, setting goals and expectations for deliveryCoordinate transition from Professional Services to ongoing Support, at the completion of the projectTravelling may be required in the future for this role, in line with the proposed epidemiological measures Competencies: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities10+ years experience in delivering project management in Agile methodologyExperience managing Salesforce.com projects is essentialcom certification is preferredScrum certification is preferredExperience in delivering application development and customisation in an enterprise environment is essentialExperience in managing data migration strategy and activitiesExperience in test & defect management best practicesExperience in Salesforce environment setup and managementExperience in Salesforce release managementExperience in reporting and representing project status, risks and issues to exec / C-levelSelf-directed, organised, and detail-oriented with an eye toward high quality, on-time workStrong presentation and good written and verbal English communication skillsStrong collaboration skills; ability to lead and foster effective teams Project OverviewDelivery of our Solution Sales product, MACD services and web shop integration into a telecommunications and digital services provider. Technical go live date planned for November with business launch February 2022.The customer is a key account for us, and we are in the final stages of a large and complex implementation. The project has experienced a number of technical and business-related challenges over the course of its life cycle, it hasn't been easy, however, the project remains on the critical path with a clear view as to what is left to achieve to meet the go live success criteria. Following this we plan further work (phase 2) with the customer.Currently in SIT and UAT planned for November, all teams involved in delivery and support are tracking to these dates. Resource has been bolstered to provide additional project support, with further support by our product and engineering teams on-going.
