Our team members enjoy collaboration in family-friendly working environments that support personal autonomy, development & goal centred ambition, and an overall shared commitment to deliver market-leading cloud services.The Role:The Systems Support Engineer role will be responsible for supporting the team with effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing our busy Support Desk, ensuring all tickets are responded to within SLA, and liaise with different members of the team to schedule and troubleshoot client support issues and tasks. The role will also be supporting project teams with technical issues and working with the technical team on various support tasks, projects, and internal system administration tasks. You will be working on internal and customer-facing systems, which include high-profile clients with 24/7 business-critical infrastructure.
