Due to further growth of the business, we are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join an industry leading IT function. Along with reporting into, and having the full support of, the IT Manager, the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for playing a crucial role in keeping IT services running smoothly across the organization. Essential Experience / Skills:
Excellent communication and people skillsConfiguring routers, switches and firewallsSharepoint administration and development Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019/2020 Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange DNS and DHCPAzure and virtualised cloud services environmentExperience of working with CRM/ticketing system
