We are now looking for our next L&D consultant to join our fantastic office in Charlotte, NC!

What the role of a L&D Consultant involves:

* Full responsibility for delivery of induction programs, including our client and candidate training courses

* Liaising with IT, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations before induction groups starting to allow smooth onboarding

* Engaging with key stakeholders within FRG to understand their business and where their trainees will fit in

* Promote the FRG training program, following best practice

* Monitor and check performance for trainees during induction

* Keep track of course scheduling and bookings

* Identify & report training needs in the business to leaders

* Keep branded materials up to date

* Support other trainers with larger groups or during their absence

* Contribute and keep up to date with business changes

* Provide phone coaching

* Positively impact culture and atmosphere

* Positively impact retention

* Be a brand ambassador of The FRG L&D Team

* Uphold training team standards

What we require from a Recruitment Learning and Development Consultant:

* Minimum 12 months experience in recruitment and/or sales role

* Strong work ethic and motivation to learn with a drive to win

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Coachable personality with the ability to think on your feet

* Excellent time management and prioritization skills

* Proven track record of success

* Demonstrating enthusiasm for the recruitment industry

* Accountability for learning outcomes

* Proactively identifying improvements for training and development

* Role-modelling the business standards at all times

* Be prepared to offer support and advice outside of the structured training program

* Always be a trusted advisor to the Sales Managers

* Maintaining knowledge of the sectors in which Frank Recruitment Group operates
