Brilliant opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established, market leading business working on commercial building envelope solutions.

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with experience of working for a subcontractor within the Roofing and Cladding sector? Are you looking to work on a diverse range of projects with a dynamically growing business?

Established for over 15 years this company supplies quality roofing and cladding solutions from design to installation. They utilise a rage of methods that results in varied and interesting projects o their valued and high profile clients. They work across the UK but are looking specifically in the Northwest for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team to help manage their packed order book.

The role will involve being the point of contact for overseeing the completion of their on site projects, co-ordinating the Site Managers and Supervisors as well as budgeting the labour costs and ensuring quality of installation. The main site will be based in central Sheffield with future work within the Northwest.

The role would therefore suit an experienced Contracts Manager who is looking to join a company with the aim of growing with them both in responsibility and technical proficiency.
