Junior Software Developer London to £45k

Junior Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net Core SQL Azure) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you a Computer Science graduate with commercial C# experience? You could be joining a global FinTech working on complex and challenging systems whilst developing your skills and enjoying a good work / life balance.

As a Junior Software Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring internal business systems deliver value across all functions of the company by understanding business requirements and associated benefits you will evaluate 3^rd party versus self build and specify, design and code the latter (C#, ASP.Net, SQL) configuring, testing, deploying, maintaining and documenting internal business systems. You'll join a small, Agile team where you'll be supported to reach your full potential - there are excellent career growth opportunities into other areas of the business such as trading systems development.

There is a remote interview / onboarding process with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week going forward; they have invested in a refurb of the City based offices to ensure they meet new health and safety compliance and offer a collaborative, modern working environment with all the latest kit.

Requirements:

You're degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science or similar discipline from a top tier university

You have commercial C# .Net experience, ideally familiar with .Net Core and keen to learn more

You have a good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

Ideally you will have had exposure to other Microsoft technologies such as Entity framework, ASP.Net, PowerShell

You're collaborative with good communication skills
