Assistant Manager/ Management CoupleNorth Yorkshire
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are looking for an Assistant Management Couple or Single Assistant Manager to work in the day to day running of our successful public house. The successful candidate/s will be working alongside the owners overseeing food/bar service as well as all aspects of training within the front of house team. The position is hands on with very little office based tasks with the exception of being involved with the owners working on training and business tasks together. We are looking to progress the position into a full management position fairly quickly as the owners have other tasks they need to spend their time on away from the business. This will give pay rewards and benefits according to how quickly the role is taken up and responsibility of the business taken from the owners. As a management couple we would expect one half of the couple to have good kitchen knowledge and to be able to assist if and when the need arises. This position could be suitable for someone taking their first step into management from a supervisory level, or someone wanting to take life a little easier from the 60+ hours a week for the Branded companies. We open 5 days a week so days will be together and we offer straight shifts covering around 50 hours a week. Accommodation could be offered if required.
