3rd Line Support EngineerDue to further growth of the business, we are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join an industry leading IT function. Along with reporting into, and having the full support of, the IT Manager, the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for playing a crucial role in keeping IT services running smoothly across the organization. Essential Experience / Skills:
Excellent communication and people skillsConfiguring routers, switches and firewallsInstalling IT hardware and servicesMicrosoft Server 2012/2016/2019/2020 certification/experienceVMWare and Hyper-VDNS and DHCPAzure and virtualised cloud services environmentWi-Fi installation and configuration (preferred Ruckus & Ubiquiti/Unifi)Experience of MAC operating systems and embedding to Microsoft CloudKnowledge of SIP and BroadbandExperience of working with CRM/ticketing system
