They provide a high quality project management, contract administration and quantity surveying services to their private clients which has earned them a fantastic reputation. Now they are looking to bring on a Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team.In this role you will be based from the London Bridge office with occasional site visits on projects across London. You will work client side preparing cost plans, preparing pre tender estimates and prepping tender documentation, drawing up contract documents, monitoring costs through the project lifecycle, doing valuations and managing variations, preparing final accounts and overall budget management. You will work closely with the client to update on project progress.
