Senior Front End Developer London to £90k

Senior Front End Developer / Web Developer (JavaScript React) *Remote WFH*. Would you like to work for a diverse, supportive, tech driven company with 10% time and an allocated budget to work on your own development projects as well as the ability to work from home fulltime?

As a Senior Front End Developer at this pioneering knowledge-search technology start-up you will build and own the front end architecture, pushing the boundaries of modern front end engineering to build fast and ambitious web applications.

You'll partner with the Product Team as part of a cross functional Agile development team to design elegant and intuitive UI components and pro-actively drive improvements. You will be mainly using Vanilla JavaScript, with React and open source technologies used on a project by project basis, as a senior member of the team you will be able to suggest technology choices and reason about trade-offs made.

You'll be collaborating with colleagues from bright, motived graduates through to industry leading professionals from companies such as Google and Amazon.

Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and 100% remote working / work from home in the UK; or you can pop into the London fairly regularly or work there full-time depending on your preference.

Requirements:

Indepth knowledge of OO JavaScript combined with a good knowledge of related JavaScript technologies including React

Good understanding of the complexities of the DOM and CSS, especially how they interact

Well versed in Computer Science fundamentals such as Object Orientated Programming, Design Patters, Data Structures - good understanding of back end code

Collaborative nature, keen to learn and share knowledge with others
