What You'll DoSupport all aspects of a engagement including discovery, design, and executionOversight of the implementation of a vast array of technologies including application design, source control, build pipelines, configuration, public cloud services, containers, and SaaSCollaborate and partner with our team of Cloud Engineers, Account Managers, and vendor resources proactively.Operate in client-facing settings and provide ongoing customer supportWhat You'll NeedSuperior customer service attitude and approach to working with clients. This is a direct customer facing role.Strong understanding and knowledge of a modern scripting and configuration languages.
