This is a contract role based in Manchester, Birmingham, or Glasgow Expected duration is 8 months. Start date is around 22 November 2021 Day Rate is £780-£820 per day outside IR35 Deputy Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) This role will oversee all IAM services and related projects. The IAM Deputy Director willhave oversight of governance, including frameworks, policies, and technologies, to ensure appropriate access to information, services, and systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees functional and technical product teams to anticipate, identify, instruct, and successfully implement all IAM related requirements. Collaborates with the IAM leadership team to plan and manage organisational IAM priorities, by having both in the near-term and long-term strategic outlook. Manages strategic projects including research and authoring of polices and processes, with full responsibility for implementation of all/any new IAM related systems and services. Oversees IAM governance group. Manages staff learning, training and development in the field of IAM, with clearly defined performance measurement goals and consistent feedback using the organisation's performance management tools and process. Promotes best practices, including Agile and ITIL, and fosters ongoing improvements to business processes. Main Responsabilities Effective staff management, including training, development, and performance management in relation to IAM targets and measures. Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring resources, capacity and dependencies are managed for successful delivery. Design, develop and monitor effective processes and systems for projects. Facilitate defining solutions with the appropriate stakeholders/customers. Set, evaluate, and assess metrics across IAM project/program effectiveness. Act as a key resource for policies and procedures; providing training to clients and staff. Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures. Apply organisational IT technical standards and best practices. About you: You have demonstrable experience in a similar role within a complex, large scale technology services environment. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments. Familiar with identity related regulatory and industry compliance standards and five years of advanced identity and access management experience. OKTA/ SailPoint Certified Experience of Azure Solutions, Azure Identity, Access Administrator
