Excellent opportunity for a Junior UI/Software Engineer with a background or interest in Robotics to join a world-leading organisation offering variety and technical challenge, plenty of progression opportunities, and the chance to work on the latest prototypes being developed.

This company are going through an extended growth period and are forging ahead with plans to massive increase their site, their headcount, and product range. Boasting excellent staff retention rates due to a wonderful working culture they've maintained from their inception.

In this role you will work as part of a much larger, and growing, Research and Development Department. You will create easy to understand and use UI's for the next generations household robotics products. You will work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Embedded, Firmware and various other engineers to bring these products to life. Their tech stack consists of Java, JavaScript, Python / Django, HTML, CSS, and C/C++. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am till 4:30pm, and a 12:30pm finish on Fridays.

The ideal candidate will be a degree-educated Software or Robotics Engineer. Some experience with some of the following (not all) is also requires: JavaScript, Java, Python, Django, HTML, CSS, C or C++. Candidates must be commutable to, or willing to relocate to, Chard. Relocation packages are available.

*Monday to Thursday, 7:30-16:30, Friday 7:30-12:30

The Person:

*Degree-Educated

*Experience with some of the tech-stack

*Commutable or happy to relocate to Chard
