They are therefore looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who has the customer as their focus to join their highly skilled team.In this role you will be required to start on a brand new site. You will work on the site overseeing and managing site managers, contractors and Quantity surveyors accordingly. From plan through to hand over you will be responsible for the health and safety and risk assessment throughout all stages. The company are growing from strength to strength and envision the ideal candidate to have a strong work ethic with exceptional customer service stills.This role would therefore ideally suit a Project manager with a proven history of working on high end residential properties who is looking to join a Major luxurious Scottish Housebuilder..
