Role: Senior Network Engineer Location: Ideally Glasgow basedLength: 6 months+Day Rate: £350 - £390Start Date: ASAP - possibility to wait MAX 4 weeksIR35: Outside We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to assist with - Working on Security remediations, hardware updates, tech refreshes, Cloud related work (AWS/Azure) , SDWAN vendor discussions.You will be interacting with multiple team members but on a day-to-day you would be working alongside 1 other network engineer. 1-2 days per month on-site due to hardware set ups etc. Key Technology/Skills involved:Hands on experience managing the entire Cisco tech stack (Routing & Switching, Security, ASA Firewalls, WIFI, DMVPN).Working knowledge of cloud networking (AzureAWS).Taking lead on projects around network improvements.Managing service impacting incidents and escalations of network issues.Provide guidance and recommendations on network design and best practices.CCNP/or similar/ or working towards certifications.Experience VoIP and unified communications would be advantageous.Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
