UI / UX Designer London / WfH to £50k

UI / UX Designer (B2B Figma Agile Web) *Hybrid WfH*. Are you an ambitious, customer focussed UI / UX Designer looking for an opportunity to take ownership? You could be joining a B2B Tech for Good product company that specialise in solutions to drive efficiencies in schools via their data centric SaaS platform.

As a UI / UX Designer you will be responsible for designing simple, easy to navigate user flows and interfaces for their flagship management information system (MIS). You'll conduct well structured user research, analyse feedback and drive iterative prototyping to deliver the best possible solution. You'll establish and maintain an in-house design system for UX frameworks to ensure a consistent, high quality user experience across the product as well as getting involved with UI design, using wireframing and prototyping to deliver designs to the engineering team for implementation.

This UI / UX Designer role will allow you to make a real impact and progress your career into a senior role; you'll take ownership of product design, working in collaboration with the Head of Product.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home the majority of the time with occasional visits to the London office (once a week / fortnight).

Requirements:

You have experience as a UI / UX Designer or Product Designer, on a B2B product ideally within a SaaS environment

You're creative but strive for simplicity in your design work

You're able to create wireframes and clickable prototypes using tools such as Figma (or InVision, Axure or Origami)

You have experience with User Research and Usability Testing

You're collaborative with great communication skills
