They are a fast growing FinTech who just went from 30 to 120 people in the last year alone and now beginning to distribute their product to the internationnal market.
They are specialized in the edition of a solution allowing the implementation of deferred payment (and much more as you can imagine!).FYI they plan to double their workforce once again in 2022.The R&D team is at the center of the company and we are looking for people with a business / product vision who wish to see the fruit of their development and decisions making the solution evolve.State-of-the-art technical stack: Python, Flask, Vue.JS, Postgre, DataDog | DevOPS methodology well adopted, fully industrialized environment with CI / CD pipeline all on GCP.
The quality policy is carried by the development team on a daily basis with best practices in mind that are not just there to look pretty.Language agnostic approach and they don't judge seniority based on years of experience but on skills and vision.You'll be working as a hands-off Engineering Manager, leading a multidisciplinary team (Dev / Data / Product…) from 6 to 12 people.
