In return, as well as offering a fantastic rewards package, we're currently trialling a hybrid working scheme, so you will have the chance to work from the comfort of your own home as well as joining the teams in the office.  The Role As a Service Desk System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing fast and responsive 1st and 2nd line support to our 1000+ users working across 70 locations in the UK. In this internal customer-facing role, you will order, install and configure IT equipment including desktop and notebook computers, printers, telephones and consumables, delivering an effective and professional service every time. In addition, you will maintain accurate records and occasionally be required to undertake site visits across the UK. About You To join us as a Service Desk System Analyst, you will need: - Demonstrable experience of 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Experience in administering Active Directory Users and computers
- Experience in IP networking
- A good level of customer service skills
- Proven capability in writing clearly, concisely and professionally when liaising with end-users and compiling technical documentation and instructions
- Good support knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office M365
- A full driving licence with the ability to travel to remote sites Experience of managing Daktela telephone solutions would be beneficial to your applications, as would an ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certificate. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am - 6pm, with core hours being 10am - 4pm. Due to the nature of the work of Blue Cross, and this post, occasional out of hours and weekend work may be required to meet the needs of the organisation for which time off in lieu will be claimable.
