Compliance Analyst Developer

International Banking Group

to £70k base + Benefits + Bonus

Mix of Remote / London

As a preferred and trusted recruitment partner to this international banking group for over nine years, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a permanent Compliance Technology Analyst Developer to support software applications used by Compliance across the EMEA region.

The Role

-BAU Support for software application used by Compliance in the EMEA region

-Detailed analysis of data and application capabilities to support the Financial Crime Division

-Support testing of software products

-Support incremental improvements for Core Compliance and Financial Crime Division processes

-Support performance tuning of software to enable more efficient / effective Compliance Monitoring

-Develop and provide SME knowledge to EMEA Technology and Compliance Divisions on software products including Finscan, Siron and Actimize

Key Skills / Experience Required

-Development experience in a Bank or Financial Institution

-System Analysis Experience - preferable in a compliance software environment

-PowerShell Scripting

-FTP and SFTP

-SQL and Data Analysis

-MS Server and MS SQL Server Knowledge

Preferable Skills / Experience of Benefit

-Experience in AML Analysis (AML Environments, Know Your Customer screening and software, Sanction Screening, Transaction Monitoring (pattern matching))

-Knowledge of Finscan, Actimize, Siron (AML, KYC and Embargo) And Tomcat

Important: There is a preference for the role holder to work up to two days a week from the London office. The remainder of the week can be worked remotely. The office is located near to Moorgate Tube.
