Customer Success Manager- Deep-tech start up My client are an exciting and innovative deep-tech start-up that specialises in software failure technology. Their product is being used by some of the biggest tech companies across the world and is being used in some of the most complex software development settings. They are seeking an Customer Success Manager with proven experience within Software Development, whether as an existing CSM or an Engineer. Home based role with the option of office work once COVID restrictions lift. Requirements:Project management experience in Software or Technology.Demonstrated customer-facing experience.A strong understanding of software development.Ability to travel when required (COVID dependent).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
