Customer Success Manager - Düsseldorf - Germany For a renowned international customer, a major player in RFID business, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to take care of the customer satisfaction at important key customers in Germany. You will ensure the service provided is in accordance with the customer's expectations, offering up-selling solutions to solve business issues. Your tasks will be :Close relationship and primary contact point for the clientRegular customer and partner meetings to review service plans, set up action plansCreative solution proposalsRegular reports and follow up of customer SLA's and other metrics What you should bring:
Great relationship management in B2BProject management Excellent communication skillsMS Office; MS Power BI, Oracle Analytics, SFDC, and/or Siebel would be a plusFluent English and German This is a fantastic role in a great team environment! The position is based close to Düsseldorf and requires some travelling.
