Azure API Develope- 3-6 Month contract- £400-480 per day (Outside IR35Security Cleared (or eligible for SC) API developer on Azure integration layer. Person:Extensive hands-on experience on the Azure integration components - Azure Service bus, Logic apps, APIM & Azure event grid & Azure functionsHands-on experience on NodeJS (JavaScript) and C#Understanding of API design is mandatoryExperience in working within an Agile environmentA firm understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID design principles and their importance in delivering quality softwareAttention for detail and ability to review and assure work carried out by partnersAbility to communicate with both technical and non-technical people, have good verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative, self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal support; self-motivatedAbility to prioritize, self-manage, and work effectively with othersUnderstands the importance of team dynamics and helps to unify ideas and opinions - both within the team and the wider organizationA commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essentialSC clearance required - either already obtained or will have to undergo BPSS/ SC clearanceResponsibilities:Primary responsibilities will be to design and develop the API's, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the application and infrastructure.Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable API in Azure APIM and developing C# Web API'sResponsible for building API's in Azure APIM, restful API's, including anything from Back End services to their client-end counterpartsEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of API'sIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problemsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automation SkillsReview code, config and assure work done by third-party partners with attention to details on functional and non-functional aspects like performance, exception handling etc
