Team Lead - Supervisor - Service Desk - 1ST line - 2nd line - Microsoft - Windows - Escalation - SLA - ITIL - Customer Service desk supervisor with strong 1st and 2nd line support, customer service and ITIL experience needed for a permanent role in Bristol. This newly created role is specifically for an IT service desk supervisor. You will have to have strong experience working on a service desk previously, ideally mentoring new starters, KPIs, SLAs and supporting various softwares.
