Contract IT Support Analyst

up to 150 per day

6 months contract

One of the UK's fastest growing and most progressive fuels and fuel services companies, based in Southampton, is looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst, on a contract basis for initially 6 months. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line End User Support, which could be anything from setting up new users and decommissioning leavers, to managing end user hardware including telephones, mobile phones, tablets, laptop, and desktop computers, to supporting network equipment.

If you have work experience in a similar technology support role, and possess some of the following, we want to hear from you!

*Strong knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)

*Windows 10, Active Directory and Windows Server.

*Azure AD and Cloud Technologies very beneficial

*Cloud-based telephony and call Centre technology, ideally MITEL.

*Cyber-Security products such as Mimecast, Crowdstrike, etc.

As the successful IT Support Analyst, you will be supporting Windows 10, manage incidents related to Office 365 and Email, conduct remote device management using InTune, and manage Active Directory.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong business relationships, possess excellent problem-solving skills and have an analytical mind.

Contract rate: up to 150 per day for 6 months initially
