IT Field Engineer

Sheffield (UK Travel)

£24,000 - £28,000 + Bonus + Part Remote Working + Overtime + Holiday + Pension + Progression

Excellent opportunity for a field technical support engineer to join a growing IT and Cloud Solutions provider offering full in house training and excellent progression opportunities.

This company are a well-established managed service business who provide technical support to a diverse range of clients and industries. They provide solutions such as Infrastructure support and migration as well as ERP and Cloud solutions.

In this role you will involved in designing, implementing and coordinating new solutions delivery. You will be troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and providing excellent customer support to their large array of clientele on their sites and progress into a Senior Field position.

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in a field IT Support role, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Office 365 and Azure. Any project delivery experience would be highly beneficial.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Field Engineer looking to grow in a thriving IT and Cloud Solutions provider in a varied role offering excellent technical upskilling and progression plan.

The Role:

*Providing high levels of customer service

*Technical Support, Trouble Shooting, Monitoring

*Project delivering migration projects

*UK Travel (mainly in the North and Midlands)

The Person:

*Must have UK Driving License

*Knowledge of networks and servers

*Technical Support experience

*Knowledge of Azure or Office 365 would be beneficial
