My clients are searching for a Tech Lead/Staff Software Engineer to work well in a cross-functional environment to lead, and mentor others.
Job Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to review business requirementsProvide Technical Leadership and mentor other engineersLead the Design and implementation of micro services and APIsDebug and profile to isolate mission critical issuesConduct application design and code reviewsOwn and take pride in code quality and deliveryWork with other engineers and senior engineers in the team to design and implement product storiesWork with Product Owner to define Product Roadmap, and T-Shirt size user storiesWork with other stake holders to understand and resolve issues, and align dependenciesWork in a fast paced, highly visible environment
Minimum Requirements:
Software development experienceProven hands-on object-oriented programming experience in JavaKnowledge using and developing Restful APIsExperience with RDBMS and NoSql Systems Elastic search, Mongo, PostgresUnderstanding with Queuing and caching technologies RabbitMQ, RedisExperience developing docker applicationsUnderstanding developing web-based applications using AngularKnowledge with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data5+ years of experience working as a software engineer developing commercial softwareVery strong problem-solving skills and algorithm knowledgeExposure to applications handling large volume of data while delivering high performance.Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently.Possess exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Winning Requirements:
Spart, Kafka, mlib, MLCloudera or databricksAWSMaster’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
