Lead Functional Consultant - 70k - London based but opportunity to work remotelyOur Client are a Salesforce partner who strive to deliver high quality digital solutions. As a member of the delivery team, the Lead Consultant will be working on various projects concurrently and responsible for:Interacting with clients to understand requirements and business processesWorking proactively to resolve client issuesReviewing, analysing and evaluating business systems and user needsDocumenting customer requirementsSalesforce application configuration and testingPrepare and analyse data conversion requirementsPerform or manage data migrationLead testing effortsParticipate in training design, documentation and delivery effortsDirectly and effectively train customer's personnelCommunicate with your team members on the work required of themEvaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements and positively impact customer's experienceYou would need to be London-based with ample opportunity for remote working and occasional requirement to travel as customer needs demand

Skills & QualificationsAbility to run sessions with clients to produce user stories and acceptance criteriaCan run business process mapping sessions to produce business process mapsUnderstand customer requirements and translate them into technical realityWrite and execute test scriptsAbility to communicate well with customers of varying technical abilityCreate objects, fields, work flows etc.Certified ADM2013+ years Salesforce experience1+ years test/QA experience preferredKnowledge of project management and delivery methodologies Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skillsEffectively prioritise and excavate issues as requiredFamiliarity with the full project life cycle from the requirements through to deploymentIf you are interested please get in touch with me via email at [email protected] or apply here
