Due to company growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a gifted and driven Sales Account Manager (Sales Focus) to work in one of Sheffields emerging and eco-ethical companies. As a Sales Account Manager you will focus on growing business in new areas and sectors, contributing to future growth. You will look to engage the clients interest to the point of order, tailoring their order to fit the project needs, maintaining the relationship and after-care service once the order has been received. Furthermore, you will be responsible for obtaining new business by means of correspondence combining cold telephone contact, email and face-to-face at a variety of trade shows and networking events.

Responsibilities:
· Exploring and obtaining new business from a designated sector.
· Managing existing accounts and ensuring a positive long-term relationship to encourage repeat orders.
· Use of CRM system to produce detailed and professional quotations for customers.
· Seeking new business, by appropriate means, in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (2018).
· Exploring product type and availability to best suit the customer needs.
· Working closely with other Sales Account Manager’s, along with the Operations, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control and Design & Marketing teams to ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with the client’s KPIs.

· Digital marketing experience.
· Ability to prioritise workload and key accounts.
