CQV LEAD Location: South of Switzerland

Duration: 1 year, start ASAPThe project CQ Manager reports to the CAPEX Lead of one of the companies' Projects. The CQ Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, preparation and leading the defined field execution team with all related CQ activities, ensuring URS, GMP, Safety and environmental objectives are met. THE ROLE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading and coordinating a CQ team that consists of commissioning and Verification engineers / specialists, operations personnel, system leads / engineers, document controllers and external vendors and contractorsProviding support / guidance from QC point of view for FAT & SAT and setting up the workflows / procedures for C&Q (IQ, Commissioning, OQ). A planner is providing support with MC/CQ scheduling matters (main part of FATs done, schedule established and needs to be maintained)For daily planning it's the CQ team who plans, tracks the progress and synchronizes meetings with overall schedule PLANNING AND SCHEDULING THE ACTIVITIES ACCORDING TO THE PROJECT QUALIFICATION PLAN, PROJECT SCHEDULE AND ITS ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING: Meeting and delivering Key Project MilestonesDeveloping positive working relationship and foster collaboration with QualityAcceleration of execution of approval cycles for CQ documentation, incl. reviewing, approving and signing all documentsUpdating the Project Qualification Plan and its related documents as well as other project specific procedures with CQ relevanceUpdating the CQ schedule by including the activities relevant for the preparation of commissioning test plans and test specifications (done with scheduler)Guiding the preparation of CQ test plans and specifications according to the companies' standardReviewing commissioning test plans and specifications prior to their approvalsProgress tracking of the preparation and approval of CQ documentsCoordinating the planning and scheduling of CQ activities with all involved stakeholders (construction, SMEs, EI&C, Engineering, Operations, …)Coordination and interaction with MSAT, Engineering and QA GUIDING AND CONTROLLING OF THE CQ EXECUTION, INCLUDING Ensuring the fulfilment of the general pre-requisites, needed to start with commissioning execution to determine when systems are ready for beneficial useCoordinating the interfaces of the commissioning execution for GxP systems (Construction Management Contractor, Building/ Building Services, Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, etc.)Performing daily coordination meetings to fine-tune the commissioning execution with all involved partiesTracking and reporting of commissioning progressTracking of deficiencies, incl. planning and executing the remediation actions (trouble shooting)Ensuring compliance of the CQ activities with Verification requirementsReviewing commissioning test reports prior to their approvalsComply with rules of Commissioning safety CANDIDATE PROFILE: Qualifications: Degree educated (Science/Engineering) or additional 5 years of relevant CQV experience required.Experience: 10 Years minimum as overall CQV LeadBackground: Strong GMP, with at least 2 successful Greenfield and/or Brownfield projects (preferable >50mio CHF)Languages: Fluency in English, German is advantageous Keywords: Switzerland, CQV, CAPEX, Commissioning, Qualification, C&Q, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, Engineering, GMP, Project Management, Pharmaceuticals Sthree Switzerland is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
