Operations Analyst (Utilities)

£18,000 - £25,000 + Progression + Development Opportunities + Pension + Good Holiday Package + Birthday Off

This company is a specialist Business Energy Consultancy that takes pride in providing a transparent and honest approach to all of it's clients. With the use of market leading technology, they aim to take away any hidden costs behind the amount of energy and utilities UK and EU businesses are using. Due to continued growth they now require an experience Operations Analyst to come in and help offer resolutions to a variety of utility issues that face clients and internal staff on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. You will also be commercially minded and have prior knowledge of dealing with a range of Utility issues including; energy/water contracts, metering, billing discrepancies and invoicing queries.

This role allows you to be a vital cog in the wheel where you will build relationships and liaise with some of the leading clients in the industry. This is a great opportunity to join a company that is passionate about what it does and offers great future prospects.

The Role:

*Operations Analyst (Utilities)

*Account management and supplier enquires

*Manage support issues including; data requests, payments, billing, metering, scheme exemptions and terminations

*Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders

*£18,000 - £25,000 + Progression + Development Opportunities + Pension + Good Holiday Package + Birthday Off

The Person:

*Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management

*Ability to asses situations and suggest the most efficient solutions to a range of operational issues

*Commercially minded
