Within this process, your role is crucial - you lead your team through the entire business process to the finished work result. Role & ResponsibilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institutionMinimum of 8+ years of SAP PS ExperienceMust have SAP PS experience for at least 3 full Project lifecycles and at least 1 in S/4 HANA Implementation ProjectExperience in HANA Migration & conversion ProjectShould have experience with CAPEX, Revenue, Overhead and other Customer defined ProjectsStrong integration with SD, MM, HR, FI, CO, PPShould have worked on Timesheet, Workforce Planning, WBS Scheduling, WBS Planning, Results Analysis, Budgets, Capitalization, Settlement, forecasting processes Should have good understanding of PS S_ALR Reports to trackShould have understanding of Claims RegisterGood experience in writing Functional Specification DocumentsExperience in SAP Fiori applicationsStrong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solvingStrong knowledge on S/4 Hana Functionalities (Business Partner, Migration Cockpit, BRF+ and tables in HANAResource should be champion in solution design and design thinkingSuccessful cooperation with the customer's departments, good understanding of the business processesSupports training of key users at the customer for relevant application areaSuccessful cooperation with the customer's departments, good understanding of the business processes and support in the preparation of the technical requirements documents.Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written.Skills & Qualifications * S/4HANA Certification

* Sufficient ABAP, Fiori, Technical know-how to co-ordinate better with technical teams.

* Experience working with site business managers as well as in-depth knowledge of business processes.

* Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to quickly grasp new tasks.

* Excellent communication and documentation skills at CxO level, control of subcontractors.

* Management of a service delivery organization and monitoring of service level agreements.

* Identification of additional sales potentials at the customer and generation of further change requests.
