An IT support analyst with 1st & 2nd line support experience

Description

  • Providing IT and telecoms support to all staff via the service desk
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting incoming incidents within agreed SLA targets
  • Providing general support and maintenance of all desktops, laptops, phones and mobile devices
  • Office 365 administration
  • User account and domain management
  • Maintaining the Software and Hardware inventories
  • Assisting the IT department in any projects they are involved in
  • Management and support of all reprographic (including faxes and photocopiers)
  • Management and support of onsite Audio-Visual equipment
  • Supporting and administrating the IP Telephony System
  • Producing and improving the corporate IT Knowledge Base

Profile

  • Proven experience working in a similar technical IT role
  • Experience providing support for desktop platforms including Windows 10
  • Proficiency with Office 365 administration and full Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Intune administration
  • Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware faults
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Confidence in communicating with people and understanding their IT concerns
  • IT Service Management tool knowledge
  • Ability to form strong working relationships to best assist all staff, as well as having a good logical approach to problem solving
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes to work schedule when required
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, self-directed and organised

DESIREABLES

  • Experience using Windows Server (2016 onwards)
  • Experience supporting MAC Operating Systems
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow
  • ITIL Qualified
  • Experience of AWS Support
