Requirements

3+ years experience working as a full-time developer and recent 1yr DeFi experience a must.Prior experience deploying complex smart contract systems to the Ethereum mainnet is essential.You write secure, efficient, high-quality code and have a good understanding of CS fundamentals.Strong understanding of gas optimization the tradeoff between efficient code and readable code.Worked with Truffle, Brownie, and Hardhat, and contract libraries, such as Dappsys and OpenZeppelin.Experience in submitting smart contract codebases for third-party audits, with extensive comments and NatSpec documentationA deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, common vulnerabilities, and the EVMNative-level fluency in English

Bonus

Familiarity with the rollups (ZK & Optimistic)An understanding of how frontends utilize smart contract dataExperience writing smart contracts in (Rust, Vyper, etc.)Degree in math or computer scienceExperience implementing complex math in SolidityExperience with financial systems or built high reliability or security systems.Experience working with agile methodologies (Kanban, CI/CD, TDD, Paired Programming)
